Thania Trieu is a Transformational Facilitator, Speaker, and Co-Founder & President of Let Her Shine, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women to own their value, rise in confidence, and lead with authenticity and purpose. As the Founder of the True Learning Program and True Beauty Design, Thania bridges the gap between inner and outer beauty, guiding women and teens to own their voice, embrace their gifts, and shine from the inside out.
With over 20 years in the beauty industry, a decade in corporate leadership, and a deep devotion to mindfulness and personal development, Thania’s mission extends far beyond empowerment — it’s about transformation. Her work helps women silence self-doubt, break free from societal expectations, and create lives of meaning, confidence, and impact. Through her speaking, coaching, and community leadership, she inspires others to rise from fear to freedom and live in alignment with their "True You".
A creative visionary, Thania embodies resilience, authenticity, and grace. Guided by the belief that “art is not just art — it’s a way of thinking, living, and being,” she brings her philosophy of love and leadership to every space she enters. Sean Lam is a visionary and strategic leader, CEO, investor, trade advisor, and technologist with over 25 years of expertise in international business, technology, and investment. As the CEO of Cross Border Venture, he plays a pivotal role in bridging U.S. and Asian markets, driving global trade, investment, and business development.
In his role as Ambassador for ConnectPreneur - Opus8, Sean fosters high-impact global partnerships, supporting businesses in their international expansion. As ASEAN Programs Chair at the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, he is instrumental in strengthening U.S.-Asia trade relations, shaping economic opportunities, and building cross-border collaborations.
A philanthropist at heart, through his work with NGOs and nonprofit organizations, he is committed to using his expertise to create value and social impact with meaningful solutions for underserved communities.
Sean’s leadership is rooted in his belief that true leadership is about connection and collaboration. As he often says, “True leadership is not about commanding the world—it’s about connecting the world. By creating bridges, we bring progress, opportunity, and change.”

Jacquelynn Peterson is a Lisa Nichols Certified Transformational Coach, International Speaker, and Founder and Chief Joy & Purpose Advocate at Joyful Living Mindset. Through her transformational coaching, speaking, and retreats, women are able to step into their greatness, reclaim control of their life, live with purpose, and succeed on their terms.
With over 2 decades in corporate leadership and as an avid practitioner of personal development, Jacquelynn understands the depth of courage and compassion required for women to master the mental game so they can rise up to lead with clarity, confidence, and charisma.
With a heart rooted in compassion and a vision fueled by possibility, Jacquelynn is passionate about empowering women to uncover their true gifts and create generational impact, income, and influence. As Co-Founder & President of Let Her Shine!, she believes that every woman, regardless of her background or origin, deserves a chance to shine and thrive. And together, we can model to future generations a new way to live, love, and lead.
